<Number of employees : Total : 59 Local : 57 Japanese : 2 > <Report Line : Local Manager and Expat> <Team Member: 2 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: ATM related > <Clients: banking / financial service> <Job Responsibilities> ・Assist management in handling all legal and compliance related matters ・Update all regulations related to the business ・Handle company licensing and SOP ・Prepare and draft business agreements ・Provide assistance and support to internal and external auditor's activity related with legal and compliance and risk management ・Update and ensure all corporate legal document validity update and conduct the renewal by according with government institution ・Provide legal advice to the company ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Male/Female, 26-30 years old ・Bachelor's Degree in Law ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 3 years in Payment Service industry ・Experienced in handling licensing related to payment service industry ・Understand regulations related to payment service industry ・Experienced in handling company certifications such as ISO 27001:2013, payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS), E9:E14 PSE kominfo ・Experienced in making business agreements ・Experienced in providing assistance or support to internal and external auditor's activity related with legal and compliance and risk management ・Experienced in creating SOP ・Computer literate
