- Checking and Confirming for Import Clearance Instruction (ICI) from Sales team - Prepare Customs Documentation - Making Clearance Order to forwarder - Checking Import Declaration (PIB) Draft - Making Payment Arrangement & Do Coordination Plan for Delivery with WH - Making Cargo Delivery Arrangement to WH by Do Coordination with Forwarder - Updating Portal Data Regularly - Receiving Forwarder Billing, Check, Put Allocation Cost Number & Handover to Admin - Recording Import duty (I/D) cost to ACS system & handover document to Tax section - Collecting data AIR FREIGHT from section & reflect into monthly report PPT file - Collecting data import realization Iron & Steel, API-U for Steel & Raw Material reflect into weekly report - Maintain insurance application data & reflect into monthly report PPT file - Filling shipping document
Job Requirement
・Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background ・Maximum 25 years old ・Fresh graduate from reputable university ・Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English ・Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand ・Good analytical and conceptual thinking ・Ability to multi-task and manage various activities simultaneously ・Minimum 1 year Experience in related field
