Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support internal and external Japanese for business process
<Job Responsibilities>
- Translate documents from/to Japanese/English/Indonesian
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
- Attend meeting with clients
- Follow up to Japanese team members to ensure the translation meet their needs
- Creating meeting memo in Japanese and English
- Manage inquiries and send e-mail to customers in Japanese
- Do presentations
- Support the creation of the company's strategic plan
- Ensure the implementation of work plan in on schedule and monitor all progress
- Support ad-hoc request
- Handle request from and periodic report to HO
- Send daily news to parent company and HQ
- Create weekly publication to clients
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・JLPT 2 Japanese proficiency
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as Marketing/Sales, Consultant or similar
・Good communication skill, smart, detail oriented, critical thinking.
