Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Maintain IT Operation (HR & Software) effectively and efficiently, and lead the IT Section <Job Responsibilities> - Manage activity of IT Section by directing the work of subordinate - Maintain the operation of IT system efficiently, provide system training to staff when required, contributes ideas to improve work efficiently by utilizing IT system - Liaise with HQ and other overseas group companies to setup the Information Security System as well as updating the present IT system, conduct information security awareness training to staff - Manage network connection between Head Office (HO) and Branches. - Setup SOPs related to IT infrastructure including other members of group company's - Manage IT inventory and record, renew license or certification related to IT - Manage and monitor IT budget and investment for reporting to HQ procurement of IT equipment - Manage operating system and third party software for servers and clients, such as GPACK, HRMS, Office 365 client (Outlook, Skype for Business, etc.), Windows 2013 server, video conference system, etc. - Update IT policy and refer to government regulations - Procurement of IT related materials - Manage company’s official website according to HQ policy - Other duties related to IT as assigned by the Management. - Evaluate the performance of subordinates and set expectations for the desired performance level in accordance to the Company’s performance management system. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years as IT position with 2 years as Supervisor level ・Experienced in managing IT operations, training staffs, handling GPACK, HRMS, Office 365 client (Outlook, Skype for Business, etc.), Windows 2013 server, video conference system ・Good understanding about Indonesian and international IT regulation <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in manufacturing industry ・Working experience in Japanese company
