Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support IT infra & helpdesk <Job Responsibilities> - Monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of network, server, and related IT devices - Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, working to minimize network downtime and the effects of downtime users by scheduling needed maintenance or upgrades to provide minimal disruption of service to users - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Respond promptly to service issues and requests - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware - Provide technical support across the company, including procedural documentation and relevant reports - Set up accounts for new users - Repair and replace equipment as necessary - Test and evaluate new technology - Perform regular backup and documentation for network configuration and sever system - Support systems and network infrastructure for branch offices (on site or remotely) - Ensure the IT Projects are running properly as planned - Manage, support and give training to the team - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or related ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 2 years as IT function handling infrastructure including network and server ・Experienced in installation and configuration of Router, Switch Managed, Wireless Controller, Access Point, Server and related IT devices, also experienced in Information Security, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Server, Firewall, Network devices ・Capable in operating and maintaining active directory server, and knowledge in network topology and MS Office 365 services ・Willing to do overtime, after-office hours, weekend/holiday, and night shift schedule either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs ・Smart, hardworking, good communication skills, high motivation
