Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Achieve sales target in monthly and annual bases
・Consult (find issues and internal discussion and propose order and provide solutions) with clients
・Budget control
・Create sales plan and seek/create profitable product and services
・Support to group target achievement
・Sales operations (customer meeting, creating proposal and review, quotation preparation, invoice issues, payment management)
・Create and strengthen customer and vendor relationship
・Create each customer and vendor Credit Management
・Seek and develop opportunities from prospective customer
・Negotiating dealing conditions with customer and vendor
・Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve project goals
・Project Management support (Management SE/vendor)
・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Requirements>:
• Bachelor degree (Marketing or IT Engineering is an advantage)
• Experience 2-3 years for IT consulting sales in Japanese IT company or IT consulting sales for Japanese client
• English must be business level or above (daily conversation, presentation skill, documentation of proposal and facilitation of meeting in English)
• Has wide network in IT Businesses (local & foreign companies)
• Ambitious, goal oriented, positive mindset
• Able to do multi-task and work effectively under pressure, self motivated with minimum supervision, and high degree of initiative and creativity
< Preferable Skill >
• Daily conversation and document creation in Japanese is an advantage
