Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze & identify of IT infrastructure needs, consolidate with user requests - Create Standard, Procedure and WIS documents for new projects that have been completed - Control project implementation, update a Schedule and Checklist - Analyze and review on project completion & impacts, make project completion & impact report, Update IT Asset Report - Identify problem categories that have occurred and grouping them based on the impact of major / minor problems - Control operational support activities, review Problem log and User Request - Analyze and review operational support activities with problems that have occurred and risks that will occur - Analyze and identify the planned maintenance schedule based on mapping problems and risks - Control maintenance activities - Analyze and review of maintenance activities and the resulting impacts - Make coordination meeting weekly - Make Skill matrix, training recommendations, PBK - Do counseling with team member monthly - Give suggestions on IT infrastructure investment plans - Define IT infrastructure topology design - Make rules or policies related to IT infrastructure - Give suggestions to rejuvenate IT devices - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Informatic Engineering/Computer/Electrical Engineering from reputable university ・Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 1 year of experience as IT Infrastructure function, preferably from manufacturing company ・Experienced in handling IT infrastructure, including analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining, etc. ・Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good leadership skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Japanese company
