- Handle inquiries from the clients in Japanese and English
- Response to customer's complain or problem
- Act as a bridge for customer and internal
- Make regular report to management
- Other responsibilities as needed

・Bachelor's degree
・Business English and Business Japanese (N2) proficiency
・Willing to do shift work

・Working experience in handling clients/customers (help desk, customer service, etc.)
