<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support IRL & Legal
<Job Responsibilities>
- Control employee data and overall documentation including expat members
- Make sure that all legal documents are up to date and filed structurally
- Make sure that the application process for permits is proceeding smoothly
- Make sure that company regulations are applied, control and regulate the rules, and make sure to bridge the company and employees regarding said regulation
- Responsible for industrial and any conflict in the working place
- Coordinate and communicate with labor union, and government rep
- Keep a good relationship with bipartite and tripartite partners
- Apply and control media for employee counseling
- Handle and control facilities such as canteen, clinic, praying room, etc.
- Socialize company regulation / PKB
- Prepare and do training for company rules in NEBT
- Involved in matters related to labor union and BoD including bonus related matter
- Coordinate events related to BoD and Managers, company anniversaries, etc.
- Involved in QCC and coordinate SS activity
- Recommend reward/punishment for employees
- Share legal point of view and advice to BoD
- Give advice regarding contracts with third parties
- Share vendor recommendation
- Share point of view regarding SK from BoD
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Legal from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as Legal and IR in manufacturing company
・Good knowledge in Omnibus Law and OSS system
・Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
