Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- This position is one of strategic position in the Organization, and will work with the teams to handle: all HRGA functions and Job Description including for Development & Training, Operational matters and General Affairs issues 

<Job Responsibilities>
- HR Role: responsible for handling excellent planning & conduction of Recruitment and Selections, planning and controlling annual training, Industrial relations issues, HR Systems, compensation & benefits and others related to HR functions;
- Focus in control and execute actions plans for achieving HR KPIs including annual programs to achieving those HR KPIs;
- Responsible for HR improvements and support for Organizational changing including employee behavioral, engagement from employees and others initiate programs of HR;
- Responsible for company GA operations including managing and maintaining company licenses and legal documents, office administration, attend to internal and external needs to ensure company operations run smoothly

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from any discipline
- Having a minimum of 2 years as HRGA function, with focus on recruitment and HR matters
- Business level Japanese (N2)
- Have a minimum of Conversational level English
- Understanding Government Regulation and each of the updated regulations.
- Having professional confidentiality, Strong personality, Good HR Work ethics, Logical and analytical Thinking Advanced Self-driving, Logical and Analytical Thinking, Conflict Management handlings, and Good Communication Skill in all the level or Organization.
