Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least a Bachelor's Degree, Law, Psychology or equivalent. - At least 10 year of working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Company, and minimum 5 years as Manager - Must be fluent in Japanese and English with business level skills - Having handled minimum 1 Union - Having handled external affairs such as to local residents, to government sectors, etc. - Skilled in industrial relation, organization development, health and safety management, performance analysis, general affair. - Must be willing to work in East Karawang. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having Alhli K3 Umum certification is prefered
