<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage HR function
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and take a responsibility in General HR function
- Review & revise HR functions, determine, monitor, and enforce policy
- Performing job analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, salary structure and salary
- Benchmarking to design compensation and benefit scheme
- Advise to management regarding Organizational and talent development
- Ensure that HR processes including performance management system are aligned with current emerging business
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Master's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years in HR function, including experience in managerial level for 2 years
・Good understanding of Labor Law
・Good work experiences in trading, distribution, or principal company
・Experienced in implementing strategic projects in HR, such as organization development, talent management, Personal Grade Job Grade restructuring including salary adjustment, developed attractive incentive or bonus program for sales team, and has good business or sales sense
・Good interpersonal skill, smart, good work ethics
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own CHRMP certification
