<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and take a responsibility in General HR function
- Review & revise HR functions, determine, monitor, and enforce policy
- Performing job analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, salary structure and salary
- Benchmarking to design compensation and benefit scheme
- Advise to management regarding Organizational and talent development
- Ensure that HR processes including performance management system are aligned with current emerging business
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in any fields
・Have 10 years experience in HR field, preferably who have experienced to set up an HR system in the company
・Having excellence knowledge about Labor Law
・Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) is an advantage
・Strong track record in leading HR in growth business
・Fluent in English
・Proficient in Ms. Office
・Strong managerial, leadership skill,
analytical thinking, communicative person
