<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, Admin, and Compliance activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, set up SOP and regulation related with HR function, talent and organization development, training, company polices / procedures and manpower regulation application to meet overall organizational business objectives.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide advice to management with regards to all HR related matters.
- Involve in annual business planning personnel budget.
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology or HR Management or Law.
- 3 years of experience as HR Manager.
- Business level English proficiency.
- Computer Literate.
- Understand income tax art.21.
- Strong knowledge in HR practices and demonstrated ability in providing HR solutions.
- Creative, critical thinking and good analytical skills.
- Good in writing and communication skill, good negotiation skill, good administration skill, detail, responsible, honest, good teamwork, good attitude, maturity, proactive, multi-tasking, outgoing personality, self-starter and has ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent interpersonal skills
- A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
