<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Ensure efficiency and high quality operations, design new processes and improve quality or increase productivity or profitability and report on operational performance & suggest improvements
<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead all the operational functions including Credit Application, Disbursement/Monitoring, Repayment, Collection, Customer Support for consumers and clients
- Analyze what the division needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency, accuracy, and automation based on the planning
- Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
- Leading the relationship with our Headquarters, Group companies (India, Singapore, etc.), Vendors, internal members as a representative
- Manage the subordinate’s task and resolve their problems with them as Operational head
- Plan and execute the training program for efficient operation to educate improvement mind
- Provide monthly report to General Manager or other Managements
- Ensure that operational processes comply with regulatory
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
・Conversational English proficiency (direct communication with expat and emails)
・Currently working as Senior Manager in a bank / multi finance company
・Min. 10 years of working experience in multi finance company, banking or related with experience in credit application, disbursement/monitoring, repayment, collection, customer support for consumer & MSME
・Ability to work with stakeholders from different regions
・Good leadership, good communication, smart and hard working
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
