<Position Objective/Expectation > - The staff will play a vital contribution to Company fast-growing operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organization skills with good leadership ability and is team-oriented. <Job Responsibilities> - Lead, prioritize and execute daily tasks for inventory compliance and storage - Research root cause of daily variances and analyze trends - Teach and train new employees in the verification process, inventory process, new products and the full cycle of the order process - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure supply chain efficiency and systems improvement - Receive and arrange inbound inventory according to brand, model, etc - Monitoring and ensuring daily KPIs are met - Assist in setting SOPs and propose changes where necessary
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline - Minimum 3 years of experience working in an inventory control and order management - Proven experience in order fulfilment, and all inbound and outbound mechanisms - Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail - Proactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize and multitask - Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs. - Have a passion for sneakers and technology - Strong knowledge of sneakers across different brands such as Nike and Adidas brands is a plus - Experience working in a startup company - Experience using supply chain management software
