<Number of employees : Total : Around 500 Local : 450 Japanese : 25 Foreigner 25 > <Report Line : FA Manager (Japanese) > <Team Member: 5 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 3 persons > <Products: EPC Oil & Gas> <Clients: Oil & Gas / Public or Private company > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> ・Payment control to vendor/subcontractor (incl. SAP checking) ・Negotiating with vendor/subcontractor related to various finance/tax subject ・Cash management including preparing short term cash flow, and set up time deposit ・Supporting accounting closing, including annual closing and going though accounting audit ・Tax compliance, including monitoring the preparation of monthly tax filing (WHT and VAT), and checking applicable WHT rate per each invoice ・Tax audit for VAT refund with good strategy to approach tax auditor, as well as potential tax appeal handling ・In addition, it is much better if he/she has the experience of SAP(Accounting and finance system) operation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age range: 35 ~ late 40’s. ・Required the above experience. ・Basic PC Skill (Especially Microsoft Excel). ・English Speaking/Writing/Reading. ・If he/she has 1st or 2nd Tier academic background it is much better(not mandatory). <Preferable > ・If he/she has EPC Project and/or construction, energy biz sector experience, it is much better (not mandatory, above experience is enough).
