Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ♦Minimum Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or any related field with a construction background ♦Having experience in facility management or as a contractor in a factory ♦Good knowledge with proven experience in building engineering ♦Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under the tight pressure ♦Good in English, both verbal and written. Japanese will be a plus point
