Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle documentations about export (not included import) such as BC, COO, BL, etc - Collect & check customer material consumption forecast - Receive daily delivery data from suppliers and analyze future delivery - Check export invoice, packing list, & vanning layout - Tackle issues with customers and suppliers by arranging good communication - Chase payment from customers - Make weekly & monthly sales report - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Have working experiences in export-related fields min. 3 years ・Understand about export document (BC, COO, BL, etc) ・Have working experiences in food industry will be advantage ・DIploma/Bachelor degree, any fields ・Business level English to communicate with customers/clients ・Good leadership and communication ・Understand ISO, min 9001:2015
