Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Propose shipment schedules and recommend suitable freight forwarders - Ensure that all declared values and supporting documents comply with customs regulations - Provide cost recommendations for logistics and customs clearance for management approval - Prepare and review import/export documentation to ensure full compliance with customs requirements - Enter PIB/PEB data and track the progress of customs clearance activities - Coordinate the movement of goods from the port to the warehouse, including trucking arrangements, delivery orders, and warehouse receiving - Monitor and control logistics expenses, and prepare detailed shipment cost summaries - Build and maintain effective communication with logistics vendors, suppliers, and government authorities - Maintain and archive all import/export documentation in accordance with audit regulations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min, D3 majoring in Economy, Transportation, Accounting, or Management ・Active level of English ・Min. 2 years of working experience in Exim or Freight Forwarding in the Automotive or Machinery Manufacturing Company ・Good understanding of KITE, PKSI, PIB, BC PMK, and regulations related to Exim ・Able to work under pressure, good attention to detail, and good communication skill
