<Position Objective/Expectation > - Supervision new project production <Job Responsibilities> - Product introduction, processing, assembling, welding, launching and kaizen on products - Purchasing equipment and installing additional tools - Designing based on operator productivity and workflow paths as efficient as possible. - Conduct product testing before starting mass production - Designing new products and FMEA revisions - Planning, responding to hazards, product management - Kaizen in the sphere of safety, cleanliness, environment - Responding to claims of NG goods and follow-up (modification/repair) - Production equipment maintenance - Explain to the head office via email, web meeting, telephone about work plans - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Understand and able to design equipment or jig (AUTOCAD) ・Have minimum 3 years experience in engineering/ manufacturing/ production ・Experienced and have knowledge about welding and thermocouples/hydraulics and pneumatics ・Able to make and change NC lathes and M/C programs ・Able to make SOP, equipment storage, dangerous goods notification with good and standard sentences ・Minimum level of Japanese N3 ・Experienced in launching new car spare parts products. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working abroad, especially in Japan ・Experienced in management with more than 10 subordinates ・Have good problem solving skills such as self-analyzing and finding the cause of the problem ・Have the ability to communicate with related departments and vendors in leading a project
