<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial and administrative functions of the company (Act as a Finance Controller)
・Supervise of all units finance manager & team
・Interact with legal counsel, insurance company, tax consultants, auditors, lenders, government officers, etc
・Effectively control the assets of the company
・Report directly to President Director and liaise AFS (Japan Head Quarter)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male/ Female around 38 - 46 years old
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting
・Have a minimum of 2 year experiences as a VP/ Head of Finance in of 10 years as F&A Manager in Financial Industry
・Have experiences in Accounting firm
・Have experiences in using Accounting systems
・Have strong leadership

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experiences in big four Accounting Firm (EY, PWC, KPMG or Deloitte)
