Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Understand the customer including values, business challenges and organization ・Act as the single point sales contract for customers representing the company's product and service offerings (steam turbines, generators for geothermal and thermal) ・Develop and maintain relationship with customers at all levels and visit customers periodically ・Negotiate with customers for terms agreement for win-win solutions ・Attend meetings with customers as company representative ・Collect data, info and voice of customers and forward them to relevant parties ・Suggest ideas for strategy in terms of business development ・Internal coordination with other divisions ・Do market research ・Update internal documentation regarding customer data, market analysis and target ・Make report for progress ・Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree from reputable university ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 3 years in power plant as BD (from main workshop, OEM, or internal trading house from power industry) having experience in handling project with PLN ・Good understanding of steam turbine technologies ・Computer literate ・Strategical thinking, able to multitask, good time management ・Willing to travel if needed <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Able to speak in Japanese ・Bachelor's Degree majoring in technical or commercial, or marketing
