Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support BD division <Job Responsibilities> - Provide business leadership to the company and assist the General Manager in building new business opportunities and growing existing businesses - Lead MSME and consumer finance business with partners, financiers, regulators, and related person in company group and other affiliates, as well as other players in the industries - Implement and improve on existing business operation workflow and set up internal controls to manage the business environment and ensure that internal controls are complied - Establish and achieve targets, maintaining and looking for the partnership of financing / lending with customer acquisition - Evaluate flows of deals and provide support to various business processes - Prepare training program to the team - Manage subordinates' tasks and projects - Report regularly to management - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Financial Business or related ・Business English proficiency ・8 years as BD in multi finance industry handling MSME & consumer finance ・Smart, good communication, good leadership skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Master's Degree ・Active participation in training or skill enhancement program
