Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- The staff will be responsible for driving sales efforts in Indonesia by generating leads and onboarding seller accounts on platform. Your work will directly contribute to sellers generated revenue in the Indonesian market.

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Proactively identify potential suppliers in the Indonesia market.
2. Secure meetings with key decision makers to create new business opportunities (through outbound calling, email marketing, events and networking).
3. Form new strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
3. Keep the supplier database updated.
4. Continuously analyze the market performance.
5. Ensure smooth onboarding process of new clients.
6. Identify relevant networking events .
7. Assist in daily administrative tasks.
8. Work independently as well as part of the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
9. Commit to departmental and individual goals.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.
- Previous experience using CRMs to manage accounts.
- Comfortable reaching out to and interacting with suppliers, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Availability to travel and meet domestic clients (If needed).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Fluency in English.
