- Support marketing div
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with customer and internal team
- In charge of AR/AP
- Issue Rekap Invoice (invoice resume & AR record)
- Create faktur pajak
- Check sales profit
- Check outstanding delivery
- Check stock and next incoming part
- Issue picking list
- Print delivery order
- Support customer's data for marketing purposes
- Input PO from customer
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (able to report in English both verbally and written)
・Min. 2 years of experience as Sales/Marketing Admin, handling invoices & AR
・Proficiency in MS Excel
・Hard working, able to work independently and in a team, smart, good work ethics
