Job Description
・Establishing action plans that leads to achieving operating revenues and net revenues with specific target to TC1 and TC2 area. ・Deepen understanding of account management in the company group and provide solutions or services that meet the needs of the client's business and supply chain. ・Having market research/business intelligence. ・Assembling solutions not limited to Forwarding but also Logistics, then propose them to clients. ・Making sure each account potential and appropriately manage the stages of both own and Team's Sales Force. ・Creating own forecast according the plan. If there are gaps in these two, must develop and implement actions to fill those gaps promptly. ・Discovering functions necessary for providing solutions and proposing it to the Management
Job Requirement
・Experience Minimum 5 years in Sales in Forwarding, Sales experience in Logistics would be an advantage. ・Business level English ・Strong in Air Export Sales to TC1 and TC2 area, Ocean export to same area experience will be advantage. Automotive, Fashion, Home Appliances / Electric Machine, Semiconductor / Electronics Devices / Electronics, Machinery / Semiconductor Equipment Industry ・A team player with a positive attitude and excellence in communication skills. ・The ability to take on challenges without fear, and able to lead others with great influence ・Creating proposals, quotations, and net income simulations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ・Strong network and customers database.
