To assist the company in managing and strengthning the commercial aspects of projects under execution.
Level Manager Salary Range 12 - 14 Lacs
Hiring type Permanent Transferable? Yes
Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job -
Engineer/CA with wide experience in Project Commercial Department and Contracts Management. (Degree in Law/ Taxation will be an added advantage)
Knowledge Required
Expert Knowledge in Commercial matters and contracts. Good understanding of Taxation. Overview of accounting and commercial laws.
Knowledge of bank gurantee and LC.
Skills / Competencies
(1) Effective communication and negotiation - client, partners
(2) Proper dealing with Authorities (Tax etc.)
(3) Very good at numbers, strong analytical skills
(4) Strong follow up skills
(5) Risk management and impact analysis
Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)
More than 7-10 years relevant experience in commercial domain. Site Commercial matters, Material Reconciliation, Taxation for supply and services, procurement strategy, commercial conditions/ clause, risks of commercial conditions in contracts etc.
