Job Description
Role -

Role is 70% in to Corporate Laws and 30% in legal/ compliance. But it may vary time to time as per requirement.
Need someone who has done LLB from a from government college under central university + Company Secretary qualified.
Should be from Law firms – tier 1 or tier 2.
Should be knowing corporate laws like - arbitration, litigation, etc.
Having experience in handling court matters.
Leadership skills, can handle other work also if required.
Should be working as an individual Contributor
Should have very good writing & communication skills as would be dealing with Overseas offices

Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Should have a Degree in Law (LLB) and be a Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
· Preference to those having additional accounting qualification like CA/ICWA
Experience
· Strong diversified experience in a similar environment /professional firms of around 4
– 6 years
