Job Description 1. Shop floor 5S activities.
2. Setup , Changeover, Process Parameter control and Product specification control.
3. Implementation of Standard and Procedures, OPL etc.
4. Equipment Inspection, Maintenance.
5. Non confirming product handling and control.
6. Tool and Spare parts controlling (Storage , Consumption)
7. Impart Training to operators as per training plan.
8. Ensure safe work conditions / Safe work practices.
9. Detection products handling as per procedure.
10. Cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions as and when required from quality standards, Different Audit outcomes.
