Job Description
1. Environment Scan
India; Based out of Gurgaon (HO)
The role would require travelling for store visits and partner meetings

2. Mission
Responsible for merchandising management for the partnered Key Accounts channel. Develop and maintain processes in order to achieve the company's goals.

3. Job Scope (Responsibility)

1) Key Accounts Merchandising

• Seasonal assortment planning for all partnered Key Accounts stores.
• Partner order preparation with their alignment and acceptance.
• Brand sell through management.
• In season key initiative / corrective actions to enhance the brand sell through and other KPIs.
• In season merchandise management.
• Recommend in season refills / stock rotation.
• Stock allocation for key / highlight articles.
• In season and end of season sale merchandise plan.
• Secondary coordination with store team.
• MIS data management for Key Accounts channel.
Strategic
• Develop strong Partner merchandising teams and facilitate to deliver LKL growth.
• Prepare store categorization system for Key Accounts merchandising.


2) Order Management
• Support product team with timely inputs for range planning.
• Coordinate with product and logistics to keep a track of Key Accounts inventory.
• Coordinate with VMD and product for management of product launches.


4. Education/ Key Skills required:
• Minimum 5 years of Merchandising in Sports / Fashion industry.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player along with leadership skills.

5. Reporting Manager:
• National Key Accounts Manager
