Job Description
Primary Responsibilities –

IT operations and continual service improvement manager.
Administration of Information Security Management System.
Windows Server Administration - AD, File Server, DHCP, WSUS etc.
Network management – Cisco switches, Hub-Spoke location.
Firewall Management - policy, content filtering, VPN, IP Sec etc.
DR, Backup management and ensuring the business continuity.
Asset Management - S/W, H/W, License etc.
Manage stakeholders, team members & third party resources.
Manage and co-ordinate IT projects.
Vendor management.

Competencies Required –

Must have good Communication Skills (verbal & written skills)
Must have Problem Solving Skills.
Good in MS Office.
Must be a team player.
