Role -
Job Title : Deputy Business Head – Metal Products
Job Location : New Delhi
Supervisor Name : Department Head
Essentials Requirement:
• Degree level education or its equivalent (Full time Regular course)
• Masters in Business Administration in either International Business or Marketing from a premier institute
• Business experience in the trade business of steel industries more than 10 – 12 years both in domestic and export/ import business
• Experience of working in automotive industry
• The person who has experience of managing the organization, a large team of about more than 15 people based at multi locations
Desirable Requirement:
• Having knowledge of Steel products, especially bars, wire rods and sheets. • Experience of trading environment would be preferred
• An engineering degree would be preferred
Job Role:
• Developing and managing a team of about 10 staff and identifying their training needs
• Participate for building Sales & Marketing and Strategy of company Steel & Non-Ferrous unit
• Create new business (trading/manufacturing) of steel products
• To study and handle large projects. To be able to manage merger and acquisition activities.
• Look for opportunities for strategic alliance for International trading.
• High level of interaction and coordination with clients in India, Japan and other countries. Maintain relations to ensure continued and repeated business
• Control on financial arrangement and payment follow up for L/C after receipt of order
• Making and controlling budget for the department
Skills Required ( Technical / Soft ):
• High commercial acumen and confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Good Leadership and Analytical skills
• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience: 10 – 12 years of similar industry experience with good exposure of steel industry and the experience of project management would be highly appreciated.
Salary Range : upto 25 Lacs pa (Depends on experience, skills & current CTC)
