Job Description
Responsible of managing Customer Support, Application and Technical Sales and Service .
Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
Providing Application Support, Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
Taking care of Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Call Logging, Escalation, Installation, Demonstration.
Training distributor and customers
Requirements
Experience of Installation, demonstration and delivering training of IVD immunoassay instruments. Technical knowledge of various technology such as ELISA,CLIA ,Western Blotting and Sequencing .
Knowledge of QC rules and calibration. Scientific and technical approach of problem resolution.
Understanding of Validation criteria (Accuracy, Precision, Linearity, Analytical Sensitivity, functional Sensitivity and Method Correlation ) etc.
Experience of working with sales team to create new business.
The ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines.
Willing to travel frequently.
Clinical Validation experience.
