Job Description
Finance planning and budgeting, Book keeping, P & L, Costing. Planning, Scheduling &
Coordination for timely submission of financial returns. Lead the accounts team.
Functional Responsibilities:
A) Financial Planning and Fund Management:
a. End to end accounting and finance function as per AS
b. Advice on financial implication and risk assessment
c. Financial analysis, budgeting, Variance analysis
d. Fund raising to meet availability of working capital
C) Taxation Function:
a. TDS compliances and Direct/Corporate Taxes knowledge
b. GST compliance, Income tax compliance, Corporate Tax
c. Customs and Excise duty and availing of credits
d. Timely compilation and filing of all returns
e. Taxation related statutory compliance
D) Accounting Function:
a. Designing and implementing accounting procedures and system
b. Supervision and preparation of monthly accounts, ledger scrutiny
c. Debtors, creditors and control account scrutiny & settlement
d. Annual accounts closing and statutory, cost and tax audits
e. Plant level and consolidation accounting
f. Stores/Purchase and sales accounting and sales invoicing
g. Assets accounting, depreciation and asset register
E) Costing, Budgeting, MIS and Insurance:
a. Well versed with various costing techniques in engineering/ automotive industry
b. Making of periodic budgets and financial plans
c. Monitoring of budgets against actual and variance reporting and analysis
d. Understanding of various insurance coverage, claim processing & reporting
Requirements
C.A / ICWA
Minimum 8 years and Maximum 12 years of relevant experience.
1. Ready to Relocate to Vithalapur or Surrounding areas (Kadi/ Viramgam)
2. Can work in pressure according to the quantum of work
3. Working in Japanese company will be an added advantage
4. Age Criteria between 29 to 32 years
5. Married & Gujarat based preferred.
