Job Description
Coordinate with Machine service provider & internal customer properly and timely manner
 Having experience in TS 16949/ISO 9000/14001 documentation
 Managing breakdowns in plant and maintaining records as well
 Able to Preparing Autonomous/Preventive Maintenance schedule
 Good Experience in Preparing Machine Operation Procedure
 Good Experience in Preparing Standard Operation Procedure
 Preparing Preverntive Maintenacne Schedule accorfding to Holidays
 Critical Spares monitoring and inventory management
 Carried out preventive and predictive maintence activities
 Strong experience Kaizen/Poke-Yoke/5S techniques in all over the areas
 Good Experience in handle hand tools/ measuring instrument properly
 Good Experince in process machine, SPM machine workings
 Strong exposure on Extruder, CNC Machines, Ovens, conveyors, Electrical drives, AC / DC drives, PLC, Electrical furnace, Compressor etc.
 Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, productive, problem-solving and high performance work teams. Ability to communicate effectively with and direct work of respective teams.
 Keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure
 Experience in prioritize the task under pressure situation
