Job Description
 Preparation of policies and procedures relating to Human Resource Function.
 Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, Implementation of performance appraisal, MIS report preparation,
 Contract Workforce Management under various laws i.e. Factory Act, Contract Labour Act etc.
 Playing a vital role in the process of memorandum of long term (LTS) wage settlement
 Maintaining cordial industrial relations with the unionized employees, through these initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform.
 Taking Disciplinary action in the organization & represented in Domestic Enquiry.
 Handling, coordinating & dealing the Legal matters and appearing before labour dept. authorities.
 Handling Labour cases and attending conciliation meetings at various levels of officials at labour department.
 Handling general administration and routine Administration functions.

Requirements
MBA/MSW ;- Full Time Degree.
15 Plus experience in manufacturing industries
