Job Description
Planning, Scheduling & Coordination for timely Development & availability of Die, tooling as per
the monthly /weekly plan and deliveries in such a manner to meet the Business plan in order to
utilize the production capacity, Safety, Quality, 5S, TPM,4M management QCDS.
Hand on experience during initial trial and testing of Dies & tools.
Handling and support for Tools & Dies to production both for manual & along with robotic
automation.
Support to Sales for customer related to stamping operations: -
For new development support Engineering presentation, cost quotation,
Engineering review & cost liaison, request for new order acceptance.
Specification control, blank size etc.
Production Launching: -
Support to production planning, finalising product specifications & preparation
Engineering instructions, witness production trials & support.
Production launching follow, facility acceptance inspection & judgement in house &
together with Tier-2 supplier also.
Requirements
B.E / B. Tech / DME – Mechanical / Automobiles
Minimum 7years and Maximum 12 years of relevant experience.
Handling and support for Tools & Dies to production both for manual & along with robotic
automation.
3. Well versed with ISO 9001-2008, 14001, ISO/TS 16949 standards.
4. Development stage, Hands on practice preferred.
Behavioural Skills: -
1. Transparent, open, good listener, Flexible, leadership Skills, Goal Setting and Planning,
at driver seat rather than passenger seat, be on cause side & eliminate the root cause.
