Job Description
Planning, Scheduling & Coordination for timely Development & availability of Die, tooling as per
the monthly /weekly plan and deliveries in such a manner to meet the Business plan in order to
utilize the production capacity, Safety, Quality, 5S, TPM,4M management QCDS.
1. Hand on experience during initial trial and testing of initial welding Jigs & for Parameter
setting.
2. Long term Strategy production planning, facility planning
3. Support to Sales for customer related to stamping operations: -
For new development support Engineering presentation, cost quotation,
Engineering review & cost liaison, request for new order acceptance.
Specification control, requirement of new Jigs & fixture etc.
4. Production Launching: -
Support to production planning, finalising product specifications & preparation
Engineering instructions, witness production trials & support.
Production launching follow, facility acceptance inspection & judgement in house &
together with Tier-2 supplier also.
5. Production Engineering: -
Gourika (Rationalization, Horizontal deployment)
Engineering change management, small tooling’s support to production facility.
Actively participate in customer cost saving activities in terms of welding jigs,
fixture, automation & line balancing etc.

Requirements
1. Transparent, open, good listener, flexible, leadership Skills, Goal Setting and Planning,
at driver seat rather than passenger seat, Be on cause side, root cause elimination.
2. Communication Skills, can be coordinate with UGVCL, GPCB.
3. Time Management Skills
4. Manpower Handling Skills
5. Problem Solving skills within time frame
Experience in maintenance of BIW (Body in white) Stamping Heavy Transfer, Progressive,
Tandem press in & Weld assembly automobile industry
