Job Description
• Develop business plan for the assigned area, identify key customers for maintenance of continuous sales pipeline and execution of the same. • Manage all sales activities across the South region • Foster a solutions-based, value selling culture with customers and internal stakeholders • Responsible for achieving targets for regional sales revenue, volume, material margin and gross profit • Establish collaborative relationships with key customers • Identify, assess and secure new sales opportunities • Maximize current positions of strength by focusing on profitable growth areas
• Understand the competitive landscape and project the right plan accordingly • Making a detailed understanding of customer requirement for customized solutions and interacting internally to get time bound solution at end user. • Maintain regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship. • Dealer Management • Participate in customer generated RFQ and RFP.
• Credit management and payment management for customers.

Requirements
Must have experience in Industrial Engine Business
Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration • B. Tech degree is essential • Should have handled south zone • Working experience in sales for 10-12 Years, in the similar industry • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and coordination skills
Negotiation skills,Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
