Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description
•ave experience in building project
•Developing PFD, P&ID, HFD and plant layout, Pumping Station.
•Work out Process equipment sizing calculations Hydraulic calculations.
•Detail engineering for DM,ETP, RO UF , PT,AVGF,STP & CW Treatment Plant
•Preparing Mechanical Equipments GA like clarifier, storage tanks,vessels

Piping & Valves
•Calculations of pipe wall thickness.
•Preparation of piping BOQ & bulk MTO.
•Preparation of pipes & fittings material specifications, valve material specifications
•Valve Schedule & Pipe Schedule preparation
•Developing and checking of piping isometric & layout drawings.
•Having knowledge of standards & codes for selection of piping(IS-1239, IS-3589, IS-1536, IS-8329, TP304,
IS:4985, ASTM:441).

Rotatry & Static Equipment
•Preparing Datasheet for pumps, tanks , and all mechanical equipment’s.
•Checking vender drawings, datasheets and technical documents.
•Developing Mech. GADs of equipment’s and related calculations.

Engineering & Project Co-ordination
•Interaction & attending Meeting with client & consultant Regarding approvals
•Involvement in Erection & commissioning of various mechanical equipment as per requirement of
site/project.
•Provide site support and technical assistance for the entire project life cycle, of construction,
commissioning of the piping facilities in all work and site environments.
•Inter department’s interaction regarding project related work.
