Job Description
Role –
Designation – General Manager – Administration
Job Location – Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary - 18 to 25 Lacs pa (Depends upon current salary, experience & skills)
Industry - Need someone from EPC company, preferably from MNC.
•Require strong leadership skills.
•You will be handling Administration (1 manager is already there), HR, IT (they have a IT Manager and 4 team members) & Recruitment departments.
•Good HR Admin experience.
•Should be multi tasked – flexible to handle multiple tasks.
•Should be a problem resolver.
•Good communication skills
•Established Administrative support for office, branches, tour & travel from scratch.
•Established Access & Control System, training of security personnel on security consciousness & security orientation.
•Administrative support to Expats for Visa processing, Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO) etc.
•Vendor management, liasioning, take care of employee benefits, etc.
•Rest should have exposure in Human Resource activities, Recruitments, PMS, Employee Relations, Strategic Planning, Policies & Procedures, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, etc.
