Job Description
•To provide specification of mechanical components to customers based on our product specification;
•To handle technical queries of press, mold and FA components from customers such as suggesting correct part codes based on customers’ requirements;
•To interact internally and externally with customers;
•To handle multiple customer support tasks apart from handling technical queries such as co-ordinating with other departments and processing orders.B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•Strong knowledge of mechanical components and their application of one of the followings: press, mold or FA
•Good communication/ presentation skills
•Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and the Internet
•Ability to handle pressure and able to finish work on time
•Should be flexible, adaptable to changing environment, disciplined, dedicated and sincere
•Should be able to do error-free work in all activities and maintain the high productivity
