Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:-
v The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
v Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
v Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
v Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
v Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
Secondary Responsibilities:-
v Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
