2. On boarding & Exit formalities
Conduct Orientation program for new joinees
Ensure clearance formalities is completed at the time of exit
Ensure F&F is processed timely and without errors
Conduct Exit Interviews
3. Payroll Management
Ensure that payroll is processed on time and without any error
Attend to salary related inquiries from employees
4. Employee Engagement
Organize various events for the employee
5. Administration
Day to day administration of Housekeeping and Security staff
Vendor Management
Coordination with Travel desk
6. Documentation and keeping Record
Maintain complete employee records and company records
