Position : HR IR Manager
Reporting to : AGM
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
○He or she will take responsibility for HR especially IR. Currently we do not have union.
However their orgnization is becoming bigger and bigger. So we have to prepare the orgnization for union which will may build in future.
■Industrial Relation (Internal relation [Field HR Manager]/ Gather the information of surrouding companies… etc)
■Installation for New HR system and HR Policy
■Facility Management (Safety , Canteen, Transportation and so on…)
■Government coordination (Documentation / Visiting site )
■Other Admin and HR duties as assigned (Staffing [Payroll] / Recruiting / Attendance Check …etc)
