Job Description
Position – Executive/ Sr. Executive – Customer Support Team, Business Support Department
Location – Gurgaon
Qualification – Any graduate
Experience – 4 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities –
- Complete Order management including processing of quotations, sales order confirmation.
- Interacting with internal and external customers
- To handle multiple customer support tasks apart from processing QT/SO like making different reports, co-ordinating with other departments etc.
Knowledge and experience –
- Complete Order management understanding, familiar with industry terms with duties, taxes, commercial invoices, QT, SO, PO
- MS-Office knowledge
Competencies –
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-OFFICE, Outlook & Internet
- Ability to handle pressure
- Should be flexible, adaptable to changing environment, disciplined, dedicated & sincere
- Should be able to do error-free work in all activities and maintain the high productivity
