Job Description
· Someone who can provide In-house trainings.
· Able to design and set trainings, presentations, etc.
· Should be able to identify the training need, analysis of issues.
· To set company employees KRAs/responsibilities as per the given structure, role & level.
· Structure is already set in Misumi but if structure revision is required then he/she should be able to revise it.
· May required to revise the policies.
· Basically a person for Strategic HR.
· Must have good communication skills.
· Good in word, excel, power-point.
