Executive to Senior Executive - HR & Admin
27 to 35 years

Duties
■Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
■Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
■Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
■Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
■ssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
■Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
■Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
■More than 5 years working experience in Admin & HR and have good knowlegde and experience in Admin & HR both.
■Working experience in Manufucturing company.
■Working experience in MNC or Japanese company.
■Living in near by Doddaballapura or Yelahanka.
*Commuting bus is available only from Yelahanka.
