Job Description
■He or she will take responsibility of managing entire HR function, developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
○Develop corporate plans ( policy ) for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
○Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
○Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
○Other duties as assigned (Reporting / Legal / Recruitment / Training )
○Rich HR experience and knowledge
○Working experience in Financial service industries
○MNC working experience
○Has interest of customer service industries (Hotel / Retail/etc...)
